How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually take between 24 and 72 business hours. We prepare your order with great care so that you receive it as soon as possible.
Do you ship to all of Spain?
Yes, we ship all over Spain. If you need shipping to another destination, please write to us and we will be happy to help you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within mainland Spain for orders over €39.95; otherwise, it's €3.95.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Exchanges and returns are processed through a voucher for the amount of the garment, which you can use whenever you wish in our store. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, who may choose their preferred shipping company.
How can I request an exchange or return?
Just write to us and we'll guide you through the whole process. We want it to be easy and convenient for you.
How's the sizing?
We mainly work with ONE SIZE. The measurements are detailed in the descriptions of each product. Even so, if you have any questions, write to us and we will advise you personally.
Are the products restocked?
We bring in new clothes weekly, so they tend to sell out fast. If you love something, don't let it get away! Even so, you can ask us, and we will inform you.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
